As we journey through this New Year let us remind ourselves that the only way to go is FORWARD. Although 2015 might have been a difficult year, particularly with the passing of storm Erika, we must learn from the challenges it has taught us. There have been significant changes to buying real estate in Dominica. One of the major changes in 2015 was the removal of the Alien Land Holding License Fee where a Non OECS Citizen purchases 3 acres or less for business purposes.
