The cottage features fully furnished living room with access to a patio with a retractable canopy and viewpoints of the ocean and mountains. The kitchen is completed with oven and hob, cabinets, and a washing machine and refrigerator.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. closets in the bedroom were made in Italy, and there is a double door that connects to the terrace.

The second bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and is identical to the master bedroom.

Awning and patio furniture are available on the open terrace and elevated sundeck with spectacular views over the mountains and ocean.

There is a one bedroom studio apartment at the lower level.

Externally, the grasscrete driveway is accessed by an electronic remote sliding gate from the farm road.

There is a tank room serving the main house and the cottage house with 5000 gallons of water storage. Additionally, there is also a 2000-gallon underground water tank, a stand by generator with an automatic transfer switch in the event of a power failure fueled by LPG gas and a 5no CCTV PTZ camera system.

The properties are currently maintained by a gardener/ grounds man and a housekeeper from the local village.
