The hotel comprises of three units. There is a three storey building which consists of reception and office area on the top floor & two bedrooms each with bathroom en suite on the second floor. One of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony with wonderful sea views. There is a spiral staircase to the first floor which is tastefully designed to accommodate a modern kitchen, washroom facilities and living room area which opens on to a large wraparound wooden patio with stunning sea views. There is also an external utility room attached to the first floor. The ground floor has a storeroom which houses the water pump.

The main building features three guest suites. On the first floor, the guest accommodation bounds with a lovely garden area with front and rear balcony with sea views. There is a separate outdoor built-in brick barbecue for this suite. The suite is beautifully designed with one bedroom and a bathroom, and open plan kitchen and large living/dining area.

There is a larger unit on the middle floor consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and spacious living/dining room. The living room also opens onto a large patio to the rear with its own built-in barbecue, ideal for entertaining. All units are tastefully furnished with interesting art pieces throughout. All suites include ceiling fans and have clay tiled floors throughout.

The ground floor suite comprises of one bedroom and bathroom with spacious living room which opens onto a large terrace with garden space and built in grill.

There is an outdoor shower area tastefully designed in bamboo.

Gravel walkways meander around the property. A lovely feature of this property is a sundeck which offers amazing views of Marie Galante and neighboring mountains. Below the sundeck is an enclosed double garage and storage area.

There is also ample off-street parking at the front of the property for guests.

The gardens are beautifully maintained with fruits trees and flowering plants. Fruit trees on the property include paw-paw, guavas, oranges, avocado and coconuts. Property is beautifully landscaped and terraced.
